Refund policy

We want She Is Known to be a blessing. If it isn't right for you, you can have your money back.

Within 14 days, no questions asked

If you ask within 14 days of buying, we'll refund you in full. You don't need to give a reason.

How to ask

Reply to your receipt email, or write to seebeyondscars@gmail.com with the email you used to buy. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

After a refund

Access to the app ends, and we ask that you delete your copy of the PDF. Your own journal entries stay on your device.

Gifts

The person who paid can ask for a refund within 14 days of buying, even if the gift hasn't been delivered yet. If it hasn't been delivered, we'll cancel the delivery.

Sale prices

Refunds are for the amount you actually paid. We don't refund the difference if the price changes after you buy.
